One of the pieces, the front stretcher, had a couple defects: on one spot, the hole for the bolt to attach it to the post, and the hole for the barrel nut to secure the bolt did not match - I was disappointed but it felt like too much of a hassle to ask and wait for a replacement part so I decided to just use a long wood screw instead of the bolt and hope for the best. The same piece was also a bit chipped, but in a place not very visible, so i shaved the chips off and sanded it smooth. Apart from that it was relatively easy to put together - by one small woman, alone, with one basic phillips screwdriver... If you have a helper and access to power tools you'll be done in less than an hour. (Posted on January 7, 2015)
