Warranties

All of our products come with our partners’ warranties. Xiorex adds no warranties of any kind to the original product’s warranty at this time. For the products that are not damaged at the time of delivery or the products for which we have not received any damage reports during the first 48 hours after delivery (please see Cancellations & Returns), we contact our partners on behalf of our customers to remove the major issues that may happens due to the normal use of the products. It includes replacing or repairing the defective parts, but not consumable items or wear parts. Xiorex does not warrant the fitness or the performance of its products to your special needs.
